Aluminum Coated Steels

Aluminum Coated steels are used primarily in heat resistant applications but they can also be used when corrosion resistance is required in a high heat setting.

The many uses for Aluminum Coated steels include:

• Automotive: heat shields, exhaust systems, fuel tanks
• Housewares: cooking and bakeware, home BBQ, fireplace inserts
• Commercial: industrial fryers, gas burners, HVAC
• Construction: building components in corrosive/toxic environments

Corus International Americas offers 'Aludip' products in a variety of substrate grades (CQ, DQ, DDQ, and EDDQ-IF) and coatings (T1-13, T1-25, T1-40, T1-80).  Standard surface treatments are also available.
