Our annual production of 1.5 million tons of light gauge steel is produced from plants in the Netherlands, the UK, Belgium, and Norway.  Imaginitive ideas and innovative designs demonstrate steel's versatility.  Our steel provides the look, feel, shape, and strength for creating the most exciting packaging solutions.

Corus Packaging steels are used in the following end uses:

• Aerosols
• Closure and Easy-Open Ends
• Decorative Packaging
• Industrial and Paint Packaging
• Polymer Coated Steels
• and other New Product Applications

These end products are made from the following Corus steel products:

• Electrolytic Tinplate Single Reduced and Double Reduced (suitable for Drawn and Ironed and DRD cans)
• Tin-free steel
• Polymer Coated Steels (produced either by film coating or direct extrusion of a multi-layer polymer coating)
• Blackplate and Cold-rolled Full Hard
